Annual Giving Makes A Difference Dear Dana Families and Friends: Please participate in the Annual Giving Campaign. All monies donated through the Association are invested into classrooms and academic enrichment for the current year. A recent example is that, in January the Association approved to spend $700 dollars to send seven teachers to a training seminar on implementing GATE strategies in the classroom. The seven teachers shared what they learned with the entire staff during a later professional development. This is a great example of how the Association is able to utilize our resources to the maximum potential. Please help us continue to support the educational programs at Dana Middle School. Help us enrich every student right now. Our goal for this campaign is to raise funds for improvements to the Ann Tripp Jackson Theater. Our theater is used by Dana students, families, and community members for orientations, assemblies, awards, and performances including dance, drama and music. Improvements include the installation of a projection system, replacing theater lighting, and upgrading the wireless microphone system. The quality of our theater needs to match the quality of our students’ performances. Help us enrich the community right now.
