Dana Middle School

The Dana Association raises money through several fundraising activities throughout the school year, however, the big push is from September - November in order for all students to benefit in the same school year.

SEPTEMBER

Great American - This fundraising program offers 50% of all sales to go directly to Dana Middle and offers a unique array of gift items and wrapping paper supplies.

Scholastic Book Fair - For one week all students have the opportunity to purchase books and accessories from the world renowned Scholastic book company.  All proceeds help fund Dana’s many different programs in our amazing Library.

OCTOBER

Jog-A-Thon - This event is a favorite for all students.  They will have the opportunity to raise funds for their school, have fun and exercise at the same time! 

 

 

DMS is honored to have been chosen for the second year in a row to be one of the beneficiaries of this community event. This fun filled event is held each year at the Masonic Temple and features the BEST spaghetti dinner you find anywhere, live entertainment and an auction.
YEAR ROUND

Annual Giving Fund -  The Annual Giving Fund campaign is our largest  fundraiser of the year!  No amount donated is too small or big it ALL makes a difference! Online credit card donations can be made online or you can mail a check to Dana Middle.

Bake Sale - The Dana Association coordinates a weekly bake sale to help raise funds for all classrooms throughout Dana Middle.  All monies raised get dispersed accordingly and helps pay for supplies and programs that are not covered by the State of California.

eScrip - sign up at www.escrip.com with your Vons shopping club card and our school earns a percentage of all final sales you make at their store!  Also sign up to start earning a percentage of all purchases made online at over 100 participating vendors.  This is FREE money for our school so we encourage everyone to sign up for this program.

Box Tops For Education - Clip those PINK box tops from all General Mills products to help earn Dana more FREE money!  Shop online at www.boxtops4education.com  to earn a percentage of your purchases for Dana Middle. We encourage everyone to sign up for this program. Box Tops can be dropped off in the office look for the BIG jar!

Target -  Designate your Target Red Card and your Target Visa Card  and start earning FREE money for Dana! Target will donate 1% of your purchases at Target and Target.com and 1/2% of Target Visa Credit Card purchases made everywhere Visa credit cards are accepted.
