Welcome, Dana families, to the 2009-10 school year! We are glad you are here and look forward to your partnership for a successful school year. Teamwork is important to us. School + Families = Student Success! There are three things I want to challenge you with this year: 1. Plug in It’s how we connect. News, information, communicate with teachers, get your student’s grades, hear about our special event and opportunities—all available through our website, eblast, and parent connect. 2. Contribute By financially giving to the Dana Association you are supporting academic enrichment and technology your student can use in their classrooms—now. Every little bit counts. 3. Get involved Volunteer in the classroom, come to a meeting, help on a committee, or work in the library. It’s easy, fun, and you make a difference for your child (studies prove it)! Join us at our monthly meetings (2nd Wednesday of each month, 6:30pm – 7:30pm, Library). Also, contact me to find out how you can get involved.
