Counseling Corner Spotlights SOAR
SOAR is a FREE online academic resource available to all military students and their classmates.
SOAR (Student Online Academic Resource) helps parents and teachers identify the academic strengths and weaknesses in math and reading for their children. Assessments are aligned to state learning standards, and immediate feedback is provided to students and parents. Tutorials/videos offer additional instruction to further assist students in mastering skills. SOAR is focused for grades 3-12; however, parents of younger students will find many of the applications helpful. SOAR provides the perfect tool to get parents more involved in their child’s education.
